- Design Inquiry:
Within 2 business days of your order, our team will contact you via the designated email to collect your design assets (Logo files in .JPG, or .PNG format). - Asset Submission:
Please provide your branding materials based on the specifications selected above. You may also specify any specific text or layout requirements during this stage. - Digital Proofing:
We will provide a 1:1 scale digital mockup for your review. Production only starts after your formal written approval. - Production Lead Time:
The production of custom branding materials typically takes 3 weeks upon receipt of all required design assets and your final approval. - Fulfillment:
Once production is complete, these items can be stored in our warehouse and automatically applied to your future gown orders. Alternatively, they can be shipped directly to you upon request.
